Coca-Cola’s legal department spend millions of dollars each year on legal services bought from external U.S. Law firms. Coca-Cola’s Senior Vice President (Legal Counsel) Mr. Bradley M. Gayton, has a message for those firms in 2021. They will need to conform to the following guidelines if they wish to remain on Coke’s ‘good’ list. You can download the full letter here.

  1. I wouldn’t contract with them under these circumstances. No respectable contractor would allow a client to make these demands. The thing is, so many small businesses already have diverse staffing by choice, and for us personally, it just happens to be the best person for the job.
    I’m sorry to say, but Woke-A-Cola isn’t worth doing business with on a contractor level or a consumer level.
    With these guidelines, they prove how really racist they are. They do not believe that people of color can compete in the marketplace. That’s the definition of racist wokeism.
    Business Owners work for profit, which serves everyone involved. If a transgendered purple donkey wearing a pink tu-tu is clearly most qualified, then that’s who you hire. End of story.
